On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, in the Department of Private Law at Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the doctoral dissertation entitled “The Role of the Rules of Private International Law in the Framework of Dealing with Human Embryos - A Comparative Study” by the student “Hassan Halil Jadran” was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Aziz Kadhim Jabr from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Hassan Muhammad Kadhim and Professor Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Muhammad from Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Nizam Jabbar Talib from the College of Law, Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Zana Ismail Aziz from the College of Law and Political Science, Kirkuk University, and Professor Abdul Rasoul Abdul Ridha from the College of Law, Babylon University, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the dissertation was approved.
