On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, the Department of Private Law at the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the doctoral thesis entitled “The Notary Public’s Guarantee for Damages Arising from Exceeding His Legal Powers - A Comparative Study” for the student “Zahraa Falih Hassan”. The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Saddam Faisal Kokaz from the College of Law at the University of Fallujah, and the discussion committee included Prof. Hassan Muhammad Kazim, Prof. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Muhammad, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Saleh Mahdi Kaheet from the Al-Alamein Institute, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Safaa Mahdi Muhammad Ali from the College of Law at Ahl al-Bayt University (peace be upon them), and Prof. Dr. Aziz Kazim Jabr from the Al-Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
