The vision of the Department of Media at the Alamein Institute of Graduate
Studies is directed toward the methodological integration required to supply the
labor market, including scientific research institutions, with researchers
capable of keeping pace with the technological acceleration in mass
communication and possessing a critical vision.
Mission of the Media Department at the Institute
The mission of the Institute's Media Department is to empower
students in the department to assume their professional, academic, and national
responsibilities by encouraging participation and expanding the base of media
researchers, capable of monitoring and addressing emerging problems resulting
from the introduction of artificial intelligence applications and the
challenges of misinformation.
