Renegotiation in Resolving Contractual Disputes: A Treatise on the Two Sciences
On Saturday, June 14, 2025, the Private Law Department at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the master’s thesis entitled “Re-negotiation in Resolving Contractual Disputes - A Comparative Study” for the student “Laith Hassan Abdul Razzaq.” The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Aziz Kazim Jabr from the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, and the discussion committee included Asst. Prof. Dr. Zahraa Essam Saleh from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Asst. Dr. Nahda Abdul Hussein Masjin from the El Alamein Institute, and Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Muhammad from the El Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
