Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "The Legal Basis of the Theory of Solutions - A Comparative Study" by the student "Akram Malik Fakher" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Hassan Muhammad Kadhim from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Muhammad from Al-Alamein Institute, Dr. Fares Kamel Hassan from Imam Al-Sadiq University (PBUH) Baghdad, and Professor Dr. Aziz Kadhim Jabr from Al-Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
