On Sunday, April 26, 2026, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the doctoral dissertation entitled “The Role of International Agreements in Regulating the Rules of International Jurisdiction - A Comparative Study” by the student “Mohammed Hammadi Yassin” was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Hassan Ali Kadhim from the College of Law, University of Karbala, and included Professor Dr. Hassan Mohammed Kadhim, Professor Dr. Salah Abdul Rahman Abdul, Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Mohammed from Al-Alamein Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Rana Sadiq Shehab from the College of Law and Political Science, Iraqi University, and Professor Dr. Mohammed Hasnawi Shweia from the College of Law, University of Kufa, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the dissertation was approved.
