On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, in the Department of Political Science at Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the doctoral dissertation entitled “The Performance of the Kuwaiti National Assembly and its Impact on Political Stability 1991-2024” by student “Hussein Muhsin Kadhim” was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Amer Hassan Fayyad from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Muhammad Yass Khudair, Head of the Department of Political Science at Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Dr. Jabbar Ali Abdullah from Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Dr. Ali Daryoul Muhammad from the College of Political Science, University of Baghdad, Assistant Professor Dr. Nasser Kadhim Khalaf from the College of Political Science, Al-Mustansiriya University, and Professor Dr. Zaid Adnan Mohsen, Dean of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the dissertation was approved.
