Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the doctoral dissertation entitled “Determining the Requirements of the Contract - A Comparative Study” by the student “Firas Salman Mahdi” was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Aziz Kadhim Jabr from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Hassan Muhammad Kadhim and Professor Farouk Ibrahim Jassim from Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Muhammad Jaafar Hadi from the College of Law, University of Babylon, Assistant Professor Muhammad Amer Shanjar from the College of Law, University of Al-Bayan, and Professor Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Muhammad from Al-Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the dissertation was approved.
