Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, in the Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "The International Effects of Countries Borrowing from the International Monetary Fund" by the student "Mohammed Saad Muslim" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Salah Abdul Rahman Abdul from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Mohammed Yass Khudair, Head of the Political Science Department at Al-Alamein Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Fadia Mohammed Hafez from the College of Law, Al-Nahrain University, and Professor Dr. Nouri Rashid Nouri from the College of Law, University of Karbala, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
