On Tuesday, January 13, 2026, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the doctoral dissertation entitled “Legal Guarantees for the Protection of Consumer Rights between Iraqi and English Laws” by the student “Sarah Mahmoud Ibrahim” was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Aziz Kadhim Jabr from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Hassan Muhammad Kadhim and Professor Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Muhammad from Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Ahmed Samir Muhammad from the College of Law and Political Science, Kirkuk University, Assistant Professor Muhammad Amer Shanjar from the College of Law, Al-Bayan University, Professor Dhameer Hussein Nasser from the College of Law, Babylon University, and Assistant Professor Kadhim Karim Ali from the Legal Department of the Council of Ministers as members and supervisors. After an extensive discussion, the dissertation was approved.
