Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in the Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "The Role of Management in Developing the Oil Refining Sector in Iraq - A Comparative Study" by the student "Hassan Karim Azmit" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Maher Saleh Alawi from Al-Alamein Institute, and included expert Dr. Ibrahim Muhammad Ali Bahr Al-Uloom from the Energy Academy, Professor Dr. Amer Ibrahim Ahmed from Al-Alamein Institute, and Professor Dr. Saab Naji Aboud, Head of the Public Law Department at Al-Alamein Institute, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
