Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Sunday, January 4, 2026, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the doctoral dissertation entitled “The Role of Applicable Substantive Rules in International Banking Operations - A Comparative Study” by student Ali Abdul Hussein Abdul Azim was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Aziz Kadhim Jabr from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Ibrahim Ismail Ibrahim, Head of the Private Law Department at Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Nizam Jabbar Talib from the College of Law, Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Mohammed from Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Ghassan Obaid Mohammed from the College of Law, Karbala University, and Professor Abdul Rasoul Abdul Redha from the College of Law, Babylon University, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the dissertation was approved.
