Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Wednesday, January 21, 2026, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "Legal Protection from Commercial Parasitism" by the student "Hussein Ali Jaafar" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Ibrahim Ismail Ibrahim, Head of the Private Law Department at Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Raed Ahmed Khalil from the College of Law and Political Science, Kirkuk University, Dr. Nahda Abdul Hussein Masjin from Al-Alamein Institute, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahdaa Basim Dawood from the College of Law, University of Kufa, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
