On Saturday, January 24, 2026, in the Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the diploma research entitled “Tasks and Duties of the Executive Authority in Declaring a State of Emergency” by the student “Mohammed Khaled Mohammed” was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Saab Naji Abboud, Head of the Public Law Department at Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Sahar Jabbar Yaqoub from Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Dr. Mukhlis Mahmoud Hussein from Imam Al-Kadhim University (PBUH), and Professor Dr. Ali Hamza Asal from Al-Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the research was approved.
