On Monday, December 29, 2025, in the Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the diploma research entitled “The Vote Abroad and its Impact on Election Results in Iraq” by the student “Noor Wathiq Ali” was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Zaid Adnan Mohsen, Dean of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, and included Assistant Professor Dr. Najla Mahdi Mohsen from Al-Alamein Institute, Dr. Karrar Halim Hassan from the Ministry of Education, and Professor Dr. Saab Naji Aboud, Head of the Law Department at Al-Alamein Institute, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the research was approved.
