On Wednesday, December 24, 2025, in the Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the diploma research entitled "Material Evidence in Electoral Crimes" by student "Malik Taher Ghadhban" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Khalid Khudair Daham, the Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Ali Adel Ismail, the Scientific Assistant to the Dean of Al-Alamein Institute, Dr. Youssef Mohammed Nema from the College of Law, University of Babylon, and Dr. Karrar Haider Dhia as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the research was approved.
