On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "Customary Procedural Rulings in Civil Courts - A Comparative Study" by the student "Kadhim Qasim Saleh" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Aziz Kadhim Jabr from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Mohammed from Al-Alamein Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Amer Shanjar from the College of Law, Al-Bayan University, and Professor Dr. Adel Shamran Hamid from the College of Law, University of Karbala, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
