Legal guarantees for the consumer in an electronic insurance contract in El Alamein
On Saturday, November 29, 2025, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "Legal Guarantees for the Consumer in the Electronic Insurance Contract - A Comparative Study" by the student "Mustafa Muayyad Naama" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Ibrahim Ismail Ibrahim, Head of the Private Law Department at Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Farouk Ibrahim Jassim from Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Dr. Haider Ali Mazhar from the College of Law, University of Dhi Qar, and Professor Dr. Ansam Awni Rashid from the College of Law and Political Science, Iraqi University, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
