The legal status of the accredited commercial entity, a message in Al-Alamein
On Sunday, November 30, 2025, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "The Legal Status of the Commercial Representative - A Comparative Study" by the student "Haneen Hadi Hameedi" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Alaa Omar Mohammed from the College of Law, University of Basra, and included Professor Dr. Farouk Ibrahim Jassim and Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Mohammed from Al-Alamein Institute, and Professor Dr. Ibrahim Ismail Ibrahim, Head of the Private Law Department at Al-Alamein Institute, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
