On Monday, November 24, 2025, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "Ownership of Commercial Paper in Light of the Difference Between the Rule of Purification from Defenses and Possession of Movable Property - A Comparative Study" by the student "Haidar Saheb Abd" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Aqeel Majeed Kadhim from the Presidency of the University of Hilla, and included Professor Dr. Farouk Ibrahim Jassim and Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Mohammed from Al-Alamein Institute, and Professor Dr. Ibrahim Ismail Ibrahim from Al-Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
