On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the doctoral dissertation entitled “The Impact of Virtual Asset Technology on the Stability of the Legal System for Businesses - A Comparative Study” by student Hassan Karim Abbas was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Ibrahim Ismail Ibrahim, Head of the Private Law Department at Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Farouk Ibrahim Jassim and Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Mohammed from Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Dr. Hatem Saeed Ghaeb from the College of Law and Political Science, Kirkuk University, Assistant Professor Dr. Amir Salah Nasr from the College of Law at Al-Sadiq University, and Professor Dr. Ahmed Sami Marhoon from the College of Law, University of Kufa, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the dissertation was approved.
