Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Monday, November 17, 2025, in the Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the doctoral dissertation entitled "Criminal Liability for Bankruptcy by Negligence Due to Fictitious Speculations" by student Ali Faiq Muhammad Baqir was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Tamim Taher Ahmed from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Khalid Khudair Daham, Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Dr. Sanaa Muhammad Sadkhan from the College of Law, Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Dhu Al-Fiqar Ali Rasen from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Adel Ismail, Scientific Assistant to the Dean of Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Dr. Israa Muhammad Ali Salem from the College of Law, University of Babylon, and Professor Dr. Expert Diaa Aboud Abdullah from the State Council, as two members and supervisors. After an extensive discussion, the dissertation was approved.
