On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in the Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the diploma research entitled "The Role of the International Observer in the Procedures of the Electoral Process - Iraq as a Model" by the student "Hassanein Hashem Hassan" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Saab Naji Aboud, Head of the Law Department at Al-Alamein Institute, and included Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Adel Ismail, Scientific Assistant to the Dean of Al-Alamein Institute, expert Dr. Enas Nasser Kazem from the Ministry of Interior, Assistant Professor Dr. Khaled Ghaleb Matar, and Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Ali Muhammad Ali from Al-Alamein Institute as members and supervisors. After an extensive discussion, the research was approved.
