On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "The Fundamental Error in the Judicial Ruling - A Comparative Study" by the student "Muhammad Mahdi Abd" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Hassan Muhammad Kadhim from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Muhammad from Al-Alamein Institute, expert Dr. Fares Kamel Hassan from Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq University (PBUH), and Professor Dr. Habib Obeid Mirza from the College of Law, University of Babylon, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
The fundamental error in the judicial ruling is a message in Al-Alamein.
