Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the Private Law Department at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the master’s thesis entitled “The Right of Real Estate Benefit Between the Legal Text and Practical Reality - A Comparative Study” for the student “Essa Rahman Youssef”. The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Hassan Mohammed Kazim from the El Alamein Institute, and the discussion committee included Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Mohammed from the El Alamein Institute, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rasha Ali Jassim from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Dr. Abdul Mahdi Kazim Nasser from the College of Law, Al-Qadisiyah University, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
