Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the Department of Law at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the master’s thesis entitled “The Authority of the Administration to Correct Illegal Administrative Decisions” for the student “Abdul Wahab Razzaq Khamis.” The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Saab Naji Abboud, Head of the Public Law Department at the El Alamein Institute. The discussion committee included Asst. Prof. Dr. Najlaa Mahdi Mohsen from the El Alamein Institute, expert Dr. Muhammad Sami Mazloum from the Ministry of Interior, and Prof. Dr. Ali Ahmed Hassan from the State Council as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
