On Saturday, September 6, 2025, the Department of Law at the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the master’s thesis entitled “Participation Rate in Elections and its Impact on the Legitimacy of the Political System - A Comparative Study” for the student “Muhannad Muhammad Jassim.” The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Rafeh Khader Shabr from the College of Law, University of Babylon, and the discussion committee included Prof. Dr. Zaid Adnan Mohsen, Dean of the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, Asst. Dr. Karar Haider Diaa from the Al-Alamein Institute, and Asst. Dr. Najla Mahdi Mohsen from the Al-Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
