Cyber Threats and the Evolution of Iran's Security Strategy After 2010: A Message in Alamein
On Saturday, August 2, 2025, the Department of Political Science at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the thesis entitled “Cyber Threats and the Development of the Iranian Security Strategy after 2010” by the student “Karrar Haider Ali”. The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Sarmed Zaki Al-Jader from El Alamein Institute, and the discussion committee included expert Dr. Hamid Naeem Al-Ghazi, Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yas Khadir, Head of the Department of Political Science at El Alamein Institute, and Prof. Dr. Ali Hadi Hamidi from El Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
