Comparative Master's in Science and Technology on the Administrative Authority's Specialization in Real Estate Seizure
On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, the Department of Law at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the master’s thesis entitled “The Administration’s Jurisdiction to Seize Real Estate in Exceptional Circumstances in Iraq - A Comparative Study” for the student “Hawra Abdul Hadi Abdul Zahra”. The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Amer Ibrahim Ahmed from the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, and the discussion committee included Asst. Prof. Dr. Najla Mahdi Mohsen from the El Alamein Institute, Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhar Abdul Hussein Abdullah from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Dr. Saab Naji Abboud, Head of the Law Department at the El Alamein Institute, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
