A ready-made form is submitted to the registration unit, including
the following information:
1. The three-part
name
2. Study level
3. Birth
4. Blood type
5. Residential address
A personal photo should be attached to the form
After completing the ID, it is delivered to the student for a
nominal fee and is valid for three years.
The ID is accepted in all scientific institutions and libraries.
