Head of the Law of the Two Worlds, Head of the PhD Committee in Karbala
On Thursday, August 21, 2025, Professor Dr. Saab Naji Abboud, Head of the Law Department at the Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, chaired the committee to discuss a doctoral thesis at the College of Law at the University of Karbala, entitled "Extension in the Cancellation Suit" for the student "Muntather Sabah Saywan". After an extensive discussion, the thesis was accepted.
