The head of the Political Science Department at Alamein University heads a committee to discuss Russian policy in Tikrit.
On Monday, August 18, 2025, Professor Dr. Muhammad Yas Khadir, Head of the Political Science Department at the Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, chaired a committee to discuss a master's thesis at the College of Political Science at Tikrit University. The thesis was titled "The Eurasian Dimension in Russian Policy Towards Eastern Europe and Central Asia" and was presented to the student "Abdul Razzaq Khalid Ibrahim". After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
