On Monday, July 21, 2025, the rapporteur of the Political Science Department at the Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khadir Al-Ramahi, participated as a member and supervisor in a committee to discuss a promotion research at the Foreign Service Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, entitled “The Impact of International Variables on Iraqi National Security after 2011.” The research was submitted by Counselor Ali Muhammad Lafta for promotion to the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary. The discussion committee included members from the Department of Communications and Information Technology, the College of Political Science at the University of Kufa, the National Security Advisory, and the Prime Minister’s Office. After an extensive discussion, the research was approved.
