The Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, in partnership with the Academy of Geopolitics in Paris, is organizing an international conference in Paris entitled: “Geopolitics of Closed Seas: Sovereignty, Maritime Law and Strategic Balance in the Middle East.”
That will be on Tuesday, November 17, 2026.
