The Al-Alamein Library at the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies announced the opening of a new wing dedicated to books and resources on commercial arbitration. This scientific step aims to support modern specializations and enhance the academic research environment, making it an integrated source of knowledge to serve graduate students and researchers in this vital field. The new wing includes 210 diverse titles, including books and peer-reviewed journals that address the most prominent aspects of commercial arbitration, including: Introductions to the Science of Arbitration, Commercial Arbitration, and the Resolution of Arbitration Disputes, in addition to specialized works on arbitration laws and commercial arbitration contracts, as well as books that examine the role of electronic correspondence in arbitration procedures. The wing also keeps pace with contemporary developments by providing modern scientific resources that address the relationship between artificial intelligence and arbitration issues, in addition to in-depth studies on arbitration disputes at the local and international levels, and the role of states in regulating the commercial arbitration environment.

This pavilion comes as part of Al-Alamein Library’s ongoing efforts to develop the scientific field and provide specialized knowledge resources, and to establish a culture of commercial arbitration as one of the essential tools for achieving justice and settling disputes in modern and effective ways.
