Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, in the Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the diploma research entitled “The Legal Organization of the Board of Commissioners in the Independent High Electoral Commission” by student Ali Kadhim Hatem was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Saab Naji Aboud, Head of the Public Law Department at Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Ayat Salman Shaheeb from the College of Law, Al-Nahrain University, Assistant Professor Dr. Najla Mahdi Mohsen from Al-Alamein Institute, and Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdul Rahim Hatem from Jaber Ibn Hayyan University as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the research was approved.
