The oral exams for the end of the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year began in the Department of Political Science at Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies on Saturday, December 6 and 7, 2025.
The Head of the Political Science Department, Professor Dr. Mohammed Yass Khodair, explained that the department has begun conducting oral examinations for diploma, master's, and doctoral students in all approved courses this semester. He added that the department has formed several specialized examination committees, each comprising three professors specializing in each subject, to ensure the examinations are conducted with the highest levels of accuracy and objectivity.
Dr. Mohammed Yass noted that the exam questions were varied and comprehensive, which positively impacted student performance and exam outcomes. The Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Zaid Adnan Mohsen, also attended the exams and commended the committees' efforts and the department's role in organizing the examination process in accordance with the institute's established academic standards.
