The role of the teacher in building the student in an educational workshop


The Alamein Center for Continuing Education at the Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies and the Najaf Coordination Office of the Youth Development and Social Rehabilitation Department of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (as) are organizing an interactive workshop titled "The Role of the Teacher in Building the Student" on Saturday, October 18, 2025, with the participation of a select group of educators from public and private schools.


It was inaugurated by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Al Ramahi, Director of Continuing Education, who emphasized the center's efforts to deepen ties between reputable institutions and hold educational and scientific workshops to raise awareness.


Mr. Haider Bahr Al-Uloom, Director of the Bahr Al-Uloom Foundation, gave a lecture on the importance of mental imagery in conveying ideas, organizing influence, and linking it to interactive validation, especially in adopting it as a method for developing students’ minds.


Experienced trainer Safaa Al-Sultani gave a lecture on "Classroom Management Techniques and the Art of Dealing with Students, Winning Their Attention," urging students to "be patient and steadfast in dealing with individual differences and to control their emotional intelligence when responding, responding, and rejecting."


In conclusion, Ali Al-Jabari, Activities Coordinator in the Rehabilitation Department, honored the lecturers and participants, thanking them for their support of the Foundation, the Institute, and the Center.
