Continuing Education holds a course on election campaign leadership
The Alamein Center for Continuing Education at the Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies in Najaf held a seminar on Saturday, July 19, 2025, in the Muhammad Reza Al-Shabibi Hall.
It was opened by the Director of Continuing Education, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Ramahi.
On the first day, Dr. Mohammed Al-Shammari, technical assistant at the Rusafa Elections Office, gave a lecture on advertising and propaganda regulations, the laws and regulations of the Election Commission, violations, and other topics.
Dr. Ibrahim Bahr Al-Ulum offered some of his political experience, calling for the need to review the results of the population census to identify strengths and weaknesses, classify groups, and benefit from the law and skills.
On the second day, experienced trainer Safaa Al-Sultani gave a lecture on the importance of persuasion, its rules and elements in election campaigns and the creation of influence.
In his lecture on the third day, Assistant Professor Ragy Nasir, Head of the Media Department, addressed media tools and their importance in the success of the electoral message, audience classification, diversity of delivery, and tailoring speeches according to the level and environment.
The session was attended by a group of candidates, election campaign managers, and authorized representatives of political entities.
