As part of the activities of the second day of the training program entitled (Preparing a Contracting Expert), directed to the employees of the Central Refineries Company, the expert Dr. Dhikra Alloush, the former Mayor of Baghdad, gave a lecture that dealt with the basics and principles of project management, especially oil projects, in which she focused on the applied and practical aspects.
The lecture included practical exercises and applied simulations aimed at developing the participants’ skills in the areas of planning, implementation and follow-up, and enhancing their ability to deal with the requirements of contractual projects, in accordance with the approved administrative and professional frameworks.
This program comes as part of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies' efforts to provide state institutions with specialized personnel capable of managing and implementing government contracts according to sound legal and professional principles, contributing to enhancing the efficiency of institutional performance and public finance governance.
