On Monday, January 19, 2026, the Al-Alamein Library at the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies announced the addition of 182 new books to its scientific collection, specializing in the field of media. Dr. Nahda Abdul Hussein Al-Khafaji, Director of the Al-Alamein Library, said that the added books included a wide range of media topics, including print and electronic journalism, digital media, new media, mobile journalism, journalistic editing, news writing techniques, television production, digital photography and editing, infographics and motion graphics, podcasts, audio editing, content creation, and television directing. It also included a collection of books specializing in traditional and digital public relations, corporate communication, political and diplomatic communication, parliamentary media, criminal media, sports media, educational media, health media, sources on media research methodologies, content analysis, communication studies, media sociology, international media, Arab and Western media, and media management, in addition to books on professional writing, artificial intelligence, media training, media education, and information technology.
