The Al-Alamein Library at the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies announced that it received a valuable collection of donated books from authors and academic and cultural figures during November 2025, in various sciences, fields, and specializations. Dr. Nahda Abdul Hussein Al-Khafaji, Director of the Al-Alamein Library, stated that the donations during November 2025 amounted to 44 knowledge items, including theses, dissertations, research papers, and various books. Among them were seventeen books donated by Mr. Ali Walid Muhammad, the first of which is entitled "Problems of Classification in Civil Liability: A Comparative Analytical Study," the second is entitled "The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Theory of Law," the third is entitled "The Legal System of Central Bank Wills," the fourth is entitled "The Legal System of Crimes Related to the Residence of Foreigners," the fifth is entitled "The Iraqi Foreigners Residence Law No. 76 of 2017 Between Legislation and Application," the sixth is entitled "The Foundation in International Law: Principles of the Law of the Residence of Foreigners," the seventh is entitled "Artificial Intelligence," and the eighth is entitled "The Legal Aspects of Wills on Iraqi Private Banks: A Comparative Study." The ninth is entitled “Administrative Contracts”, the tenth is entitled “Protection of the Buyer in a Contract for the Sale of a Property Under Construction”, the eleventh is entitled “The Extent of the Validity of Contracts for the Sale of Real Estate Outside the Real Estate Registration Department”, the twelfth is entitled “The Role of the Public Prosecution in Appealing a Decision or Judgment: Part One”, the thirteenth is entitled “The Role of the Public Prosecution in Civil Justice and Appealing a Criminal Decision or Judgment: Part Two”, the fourteenth is entitled “The Role of the Public Prosecution in Civil Justice and Appealing a Criminal Decision or Judgment: Part Three”, the fifteenth is entitled “The Role of the Public Prosecution in the Stage of Criminal Trial and Appealing Criminal and Civil Decisions and Judgments: Part Four”, the sixteenth is entitled “Sale of Real Estate Under Construction: A Comparative Study”, and the seventeenth is entitled “Logical Criminal Liability for the Misuse of Artificial Intelligence Technologies”. Seven books were donated by security expert Mr. Sajid Rifat Hussein Saleh Al-Saadi: the first, "The Culture of the Security Organization: Reasons for the Excellence of Security Work"; the second, "The Phenomenon of Drugs and the Policy of Deterring Them: Between Reality and Aspiration"; the third, "Digital Drugs: Their Organization and Criminal Liability"; the fourth, "Drugs: Their Types, Theories, and Effects on Society"; the fifth, "Espionage and Its Role in the Islamic Historical Experience"; the sixth, "Wars of Interpretation: Between Quality and Analysis (2 parts); and the seventh, "Excellence in the Quality of Human Intelligence Resource Management." Three books were donated by Dr. Salman Kamel Salman Al-Jubouri: the first, "Spousal Medical Expenses: A Comparative Study"; the second, "The Principle of the Inadmissibility of Dividing Appeals Against Judicial Rulings: A Comparative Study"; and the third, "Legal Horizons: Studies and Research in Private Law (Part One)." A book was donated by Dr. Ansam Awni Rashid Al-Nuaimi: "Civil Protection of Digital Works: A Comparative Study." A thesis was submitted by Mr. Hussein Younis Abdullah Jassim Al-Azzawi: "The Effectiveness of the Performance of Official Institutions and the Structures of the Traditional System in Iraq." A book was also submitted by Dr. Numan Attallah Al-Hiti, entitled “Rules and Mechanisms for Dealing with Internationally Prohibited Weapons: Weapons of Mass Destruction,” and a book by Mr. Muhammad Haider Fakhr Al-Din entitled “How to Become a Judicial Expert in Legal Expenses – Legal Divisions – Fair Rent – Real Estate Appraisal,” and a book by Mr. Walid Khalid Al-Ghanimi entitled “Environmental Justice Between Neglect and Inevitability: A Legal Vision for Establishing a Specialized Environmental Judiciary in Iraq,” and a book by Professor Dr. Murtada Shanshul Al-Aqabi entitled “The Civil State and Religious Authority: Balanced Roles in Building Societies,” and a book by Dr. Hassan Dekan Khudair Al-Janabi entitled “The Supervisory Role of the Iraqi Parliament over the Executive Authority (2006-2010),” and a book by Mr. Wael Saleh Al-Mousawi entitled “The Disciplinary and Criminal Responsibility of the Lawyer,” and a book by Dr. Inam Dekan Khudair Al-Janabi entitled “The Right to Be Forgotten as a Form of the Right to Privacy: A Comparative Study,” and a book by Mr. Muntadhar Khaldoun Talal Abu Jazra entitled “Rulings on Annulment of Judicial Rulings: A Comparative Study.” And a book by Mr. Ghassan Mansour Attia Al-Mahna entitled "The Criminal Liability of the Proceeds in Customs Crimes: A Comparative Study"
A book by Dr. Majid Hamed Hamoud Al-Sarraf entitled “Means of Administrative Control in Public Contracts: A Comparative Study”, a book by Dr. Laith Al-Khazali entitled “The Popular Mobilization Forces and the Political System in Iraq: A Study in the Strategy of the Relationship”, a book by Dr. Sanaa Muhammad Sadkhan entitled “Contracting by Deferred Payment Method”, a book by Ms. Ru’a Muhammad Saab entitled “Methods of Paying the Carrier’s Liability in the Contract for the Carriage of Goods by Sea According to the Rules of the 2008 Rotterdam Convention: A Comparative Study”, a collection of articles dedicated by Mr. Abdul Zahra Al-Nasiri defending the Sharia Law of Personal Status”, and a book by Dr. Jabbar Hardan Salman Rashid Al-Muhammadawi entitled “Transitional Justice and its Impact on Civil Peace”.
With these rich donations, Al-Alamein Library has strengthened its scientific and intellectual portfolio with hundreds of diverse titles that will contribute to supporting researchers and graduate students, and consolidating its position as a renewed knowledge center that serves the scientific and cultural movement in Iraq.
