The El Alamein Library at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies announced on Thursday, October 16, 2025, that it had received 32 books donated by authors and academic and cultural figures.
During the month of September 2025, in various sciences, fields and specializations, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Mohammed, Director of the Al-Alamein Library, said that the donations during the month of September 2025 included 5 books and periodicals donated by Dar Al-Ilm to Imam Al-Khoei, including “Lectures of His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Abu Al-Qasim Al-Khoei (may God sanctify his holy secret) on inheritance,” “Religions and Sects in Iraq: A Brief Introductory Note,” “Principles and Foundations of Library and Information Sciences,” “Strategy for Rapprochement between Islamic Sects,” and “Forum of Islamic Scholars under the Umbrella of the Noble Prophetic Mission.” And 3 publications from the Al-Sadiqin Center for Research, Studies and Investigation. They are: "The Position of Ja'far al-Sadiq and Ali al-Rida on the Science of Kalam and Rational Deduction", "Imam al-Sadiq, the Inspirer of Chemistry", and "Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq, peace be upon him, and his influence on the traditional and rational sciences". Two books by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Zaydan al-Quraishi, "The Strategy of Preempting the Threat and Its Impact on US National Security after 2001", and "US Security Policy Towards the Regional System in the Middle East after the Events of September 11, 2001". Three books by Dr. Munjed Mansour al-Helou, "The Principle of Restricting State Authority and Guarantees of Its Application", "The Law: Its Meaning and Description: A Study in Legal Philosophy", and "A Brief Introduction to the Abolition of the Constitution". Two books by Dr. Muhammad Fawaz Sabah al-Alusi, "Exercising Options in Electronic Contracting: A Comparative Study", and "Consumer Protection from Standard Contract Clauses". A book by Dr. Ban Saif El-Din Mahmoud titled "A Brief Introduction to Named Contracts," and "The Criminal Protection of Witnesses in Administrative and Financial Corruption Cases" by Mr. Ali Wahab Abdel Razzaq. A book by Mr. Alaa Salah Adel. "Electronic Public Opinion", and from Mr. Anwar Mohammed Mahmoud Al-Aithawi, a book entitled "The Crime of Theft of Seized Movable Property in Iraqi Law", and a book by Dr. Moataz Mahmoud Al-Maamouri entitled "A Brief Guide to Mortgagee Guarantees: Between Theory and Practice in Foreign, Arab and Islamic Laws", and "The Authority of the Administration to Impose Financial Penalties in Administrative Contracts and Their Guarantees" by Dr. Ayad Abdul Abbas Issa. From Dr. Inaam Dikan Khadir Saloum Al-Janabi, a book entitled "The Right to Be Forgotten as a Form of the Right to Privacy: A Comparative Study", and from Ms. Marwa Mohammed Al-Hamdani, a book entitled "Civil Liability for Riots in Sports Stadiums: A Comparative Study".
From Judge Sayyed Fadhel Abbas Al-Mulla, Al-Alameen Library received two donations: “The Hundred Words of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (PBUH), The Concept of Bullying and its Criminal Danger: A Comparative Study.” A book from Dr. Hatem Ghaeb Saeed entitled “The Industry of Investment Promotion: A Comparative Study.” A book from Mrs. Hijran Haitham Hani Al-Abbadi, “Legislative Negligence and Its Treatment by Judicial Reasoning: A Comparative Study between Iraq and Egypt.” A book from Dr. Munif Hawas Al-Falaj Al-Shammari, “The Crime with a Transgressive Result: Theory and Practice: A Comparative Study.” A book from Mrs. Sara Abdul-Ridha Al-Rubaie, “Criminal Liability for Possession or Use of Explosives and Fireworks: A Comparative Study.” And “The Principles of International Humanitarian Law: The Law of Armed Conflict in the Biography of Imam Ali (PBUH)” by Mr. Furqan Qais Muhammad Redha.
Professor Ahmed Abdel Majeed, Head of the Media Department at the Institute of Science and Technology, presented the El Alamein Library with his latest book, "The Best Companion and Inspiring Names." Dr. Muslim Abbas Hashem also presented his book, "Arab Satellite Channels' Treatment of the Iranian-Saudi Conflict in Syria and Its Impact on the Arab Audience: An Analytical and Field Study."
