Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Monday, November 17, 2025, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "The Abstract Legal Act and its Applications - A Comparative Study" by the student "Mustafa Saleh Abdul Rahman" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Hassan Muhammad Kadhim from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Muhammad from Al-Alamein Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Jaafar Hadi from the College of Law, University of Babylon, and Professor Dr. Hassan Hantoush Rashid from the College of Law, Ahlulbayt University (PBUH) as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
