A thesis in Al-Alamin discussing the penal provisions in the Iraqi Central Bank Law

On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, in the Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the doctoral dissertation entitled “Penal Provisions in the Central Bank of Iraq Law No. 56 of 2004” by the student “Zainab Hamed Abbas” was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Jamal Ibrahim Abdul Hussein from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Kazem Abdullah Hussein from Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Dr. Khaled Khudair Daham, the Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Al-Alamein Institute, Professor Dr. Baraa Munther Kamal from the College of Law, University of Tikrit, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Adel Ismail, the Scientific Assistant to the Dean of Al-Alamein Institute, and Professor Dr. Ismail Nema Aboud from the College of Law, University of Babylon, as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the dissertation was approved.
