The provisions of the contract governing the relationship between private universities and their faculty: A treatise on science.
On Monday, November 3, 2025, in the Private Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "Provisions of the Contract Governing the Relationship of Private Universities with the Faculty - A Comparative Study" by the student "Ruqaya Karim Khazal" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Aziz Kadhim Jabr from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Muhammad from Al-Alamein Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Sattar Jabbar Zayer from the College of Law, University of Karbala, and Professor Dr. Hassan Muhammad Kadhim from Al-Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
