On Saturday, November 1, 2025, in the Law Department of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Master's thesis entitled "The Impact of the Federal Form of the State on Constitutional Amendment - A Comparative Study" by the student "Jamal Muhammad Abdul Issa" was discussed. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Amer Ayash Abdul from Al-Alamein Institute, and included Professor Dr. Zaid Adnan Mohsen, Dean of Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Ali Aboud from the College of Law, Al-Kafeel University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Najla Mahdi Mohsen from Al-Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
