On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, the Department of Law at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the master's thesis entitled "Individual Criminal Responsibility for Violating the Principle of Discrimination in Urban Warfare - A Study of the Gaza War 2023" for the student "Rasha Reda Hamid". The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Malik Mansi Saleh from the College of Law, Al-Mustansiriya University, and the discussion committee included Prof. Dr. Khaled Khadir Daham, Administrative Assistant to the Deanship of the El Alamein Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Adel Ismail, Scientific Assistant to the Deanship of the El Alamein Institute, and Assistant Professor Dr. Khaled Ghaleb Matar from the El Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
