On Saturday, October 11, 2025, the Department of Law at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the master’s thesis entitled “Criminal Liability Arising from Infringement of Documents Proving Real Estate Ownership Rights” for the student “Ahmed Majeed Ahmed.” The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Khaled Khader Daham, Administrative Assistant to the Deanship of the El Alamein Institute. The discussion committee included Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hamid Abdul from the Iraqi University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Adel Ismail, Scientific Assistant to the Deanship of the El Alamein Institute, and Prof. Dr. Tamim Taher Ahmed from the El Alamein Institute as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
