Al-Alamein Institute For Postgraduate Studies In Najaf Al-Ashraf

On Saturday, October 4, 2025, the Department of Law at the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies discussed the master’s thesis entitled “Restrictions on the Authority of the Federal Supreme Court to Deviate from a Principle It Previously Approved - A Comparative Study” for the student “Mohsen Hamdan Jaloub”. The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Amer Ayash Abdul from Al-Alamein Institute, and the discussion committee included Prof. Dr. Ghani Zaghair Attia from the College of Law, University of Kufa, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Najla Mahdi Mohsen from Al-Alamein Institute, and Prof. Dr. Hussein Jabbar Abdul from the College of Law, University of Babylon as a member and supervisor. After an extensive discussion, the thesis was approved.
